What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

The main thing i have learnt whilst constructing this product is that technology doesn't always do what you want it to. An example of this is when we were filming for our first cut of our opening sequence, The camera was very shaky and it sometimes didn't record for the whole time, so we had to adapt to this and record each scene twice and choose the best one to use. We also sometimes had to record in 10 second fragments and then edit them later and put them together smoothly so it looked like one clean shot. Another thing that didn't go to plan whilst creating our media product was during the editing of our product in Adobe Premier Pro. Sometimes when we tried to render our video it wouldn't render properly and some of our opening sequence would be without sound, but eventually we got it working and were able to produce an opening sequence of good quality. Another thing i learnt was that you can't just use any music you want in a video that you are going to upload to the Internet as most of it is copyrighted. So we decided to use a cover of the song we found online as this wasn't copyrighted.
